Upon contract award, IDC issues a Project Website Plan for client review and approval. The plan typically addresses directory structures (content and file types to be placed on the web), information process flow, configuration control (e.g., how redlines will be handled), data accessibility, overall security, permission levels, and training for all team members. IDC will be responsible for administering and managing the project website; however, implementation of the plan can only be successful with the full support, commitment, and cooperation of the client’s project manager.
